Welcome to Agentic Tower. We are building a world where the value of a brilliant idea is no longer measured by the creator’s coding ability or the depth of their pockets. Our mission is to provide a complete infrastructure where any creative individual can transform their unique expertise, knowledge, and vision into a complete, profitable, and scalable digital business (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Tower (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, platform, and services. It also describes your rights regarding your information under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We collect information in a few different ways to provide and improve our Service.

a) Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register for an account as an “Architect,” we collect information such as your name, public-facing architect name, email address, and password.

  • User Content: We collect the information you provide when you build and manage your “Towers.” This includes the blueprints you design, the text and commands you use to “Build by Talking,” the AI Agents you hire, the floors you create, and any data or files you upload to the Service.

  • Developer Information: If you are a developer submitting “prefabricated floors” or “elite specialists” to our Recruitment Center, we collect information necessary to verify your identity (Know Your Developer – KYD), manage your submissions, and process payments.

  • Communications: If you contact us directly for support or other inquiries, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

  • Transaction Information: If you purchase $AGTW tokens or conduct other transactions, we collect information related to the transaction, such as the amount, date, and time. Please note that we use third-party payment processors, and we do not store full credit card numbers.

b) Information We Collect Automatically

  • Log and Usage Data: Like most websites and technology services, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Services and record it in log files. This log data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with our Service.

  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate and administer our Services, gather usage data, and improve your experience. A cookie is a piece of information sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.

  • To Provide, Operate, and Maintain our Service: To create and manage your account, host your Towers, and enable you to access and use our platform’s features.

  • To Improve, Personalize, and Expand our Service: To understand and analyze how you use our Service, develop new products, services, features, and functionality, and personalize your experience.

  • For Security and Fraud Prevention: To ensure the security of our platform, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies. This includes our multi-layered security strategy for both no-code creators and external developers.

  • To Communicate with You: To send you service-related communications, including updates, security alerts, and support messages, as well as marketing communications in accordance with your preferences.

  • For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), payment processing, and analytics.

  • Publicly Shared Information: If you choose to publish a “Public Tower,” the content of that Tower and your Architect Name will be visible to other users and the public in the “Metropolis Plaza.”

  • Developer Information: If you are a developer, your name and information about the applications you publish will be available in the Recruitment Center.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent fraud, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We are committed to being compliant with both the GDPR and CCPA. Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • The Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

  • The Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. You have the right to opt-out of the “sale” of your personal information (Note: Agentic Tower does not sell personal information). You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

This includes input sanitization, execution sandboxing, mandatory code reviews for developer submissions, and a transparent permissions system. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United States and process it there.

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 16 (or 18 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
